Though the 'basket' style car seats usually strap easily into trailers & offer good support. As for manufacturers try Burley, Chariot, Trek, Bumber (& Halfords are doing a trailer). Not going to be the cheapest of purchases though - look out on ebay for 2nd hand ones.
